I am very knowledgeable about VA, FHA, and Conventional loans, with a specialty in renovation loans, including the FHA 203K, Limited and Standard, the FNMA HomeStyle Renovation loan, and the VA Renovation Loan. Currently, in my role as Vice President of Renovation Lending, I work diligently to keep our Loan Officers up to date on changes in the renovation financing world and to educate the real estate community on these loans so that their clients realize there are financing opportunities that can help them make any house their perfect house!
