I will never take anything here again. Took 2 pair of very expensive heels to be repaired. One pair was linen/fabric and leather. When I got them, there were dirty fingerprints on the fabric which they refused to acknowledge was from them....

Nice quality work. The soles of my shoes had completely disintegrated and needed to be replaced. I'm happy with the new soles and the length of time it took to get the shoes back.

He doesn't answer phone or phone messages. Can be an inconvenience if you are trying to pick up shoes.
Dropped off a pair of shoes, he has always done very good work in the past.
Way overpriced. I went back to my usual to JG Repair. He charges up front before doing the repairs plus a random service fee. $400 for a small leather jacket, ankle boots and slippers to be reconditioned.
Got a purse repaired. They did excellent work and it was ready sooner than expected. The had to stich the handle back on and you couldn't even tell it was repaired, it looked brand new.
