Everyone I spoke to on the phone did an excellent job of customer service. Very friendly, polite and professional. We had a minor electrical issue and the service was fast, the technicians were did a great job, the service was reasonably priced...

Past experiences were very positive. Recently, however, was grossly overcharged for swapping out a corroded breaker at meter box, which did not correct the problem and they did not bother to return to fix the problem. Very sloppy work.

Very happy with service. Had ceiling fan installed and one outlet fixed due to no power to it. Quick and professional. Two techs and Bill was quite reasonable.
