Clay has been a real estate professional in Utah since 2015, being deeply involved as an investor and agent. After a stint in commercial real estate in Washington D.C., Clay and his wife moved back to Utah where Clay made a career shift. Clay spent several years in the investment banking and private equity space working for Goldman Sachs and Peterson Partners, a local private equity firm in Salt Lake.Clay had seen enough of the real estate world to understand the financial benefits of owning real estate. In 2015, with his wife's pledge to be his business partner, he jumped in and got his Utah residential real estate license. Together he and his wife began purchasing and managing their own rental properties, specializing in short and long-term rentals.In 2019, Clay graduated from the University of Utah with his MBA and after a push from his wife, Clay decided to jump back into real estate full-time. Clay loves hard work and has sold over 60 homes since becoming a full-time agent and continues to sell millions in real estate for his clients. Since starting, Clay has been recognized as one of Northern Utah's Top 250 Agents.Clay joined Summit Sotheby's International Realty in the Spring of 2023 having always had a deep desire to be a part of a global luxury brand with unlimited reach and potential. He has lived in Brazil, speaks Portuguese, and has traveled all over the world loving the opportunity to learn about new cultures. Clay is the father to three beautiful and adorable girls and the husband of an amazing, and very supportive, wife. He loves spending quality time with his family, watching movies, traveling to new places, reading a good book, and working out and training. Clay's favorite part of real estate is forging lasting friendships with the people he is fortunate enough to serve.
