Clayton Brown is the founder of Brown Retail Group, Marcus & Millichap's (NYSE: MMI) premier retail investment sales team in the Pacific Northwest. In 2020, 2022, and 2023, Clayton was the #1 overall top producing agent in Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office and has been the #1 top producing retail agent in the Pacific Northwest for the firm for the past 6 years. In 2021 and 2022, Clayton received Marcus & Millichap's Chairman's Club Circle of Excellence award, only awarded to the firm's top producing agents nationwide. As Managing Partner of Brown Retail Group, Clayton is responsible for all key business decisions and overall leadership, mentoring and oversight of the team's day to day operations. Along with real estate, Clayton is also passionate about private aviation. He holds a private pilot license and an instrument rating and flies a G6 Cirrus SR22T which allows Clayton and the Brown Retail Group team to efficiently visit clients and see real estate across the northwest United States. Clayton attended Campbell University on a baseball scholarship where he posted a Division 1 second best batting average (.427) in his Junior year.
