Clark Simpson focuses on investment sales in Hampton Roads. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, in 2012, Clark was the founder of Commonwealth Property Group, a real estate investment brokerage and management company he recently sold. Prior to Commonwealth Property Group, Clark was a Vice President at CBRE in Norfolk, from 2004 to 2011, where he got extensive experience in retail, office, flex, and multifamily property types.Clark continues to work in the capacity as an expert witness and consulting expert in complex commercial real estate litigation cases. Services provided include document review, strategy consultation, broker valuation opinions, and testifying in court.
