I grew up in a real estate family, and have been involved in the business of real estate in one capacity or another for the past 25 years; from real estate assistant, real estate webmaster, to owner of my own real estate and property management company. My mother has been in the industry for over 40 years, and my father wrote real estate software. I've lived all over the United States, working with the family software business. I was often asked if I was in the Army. "No, the Circus" I would reply. I've been a nerd since I was 10 with a fascination for online communication for the last 25 years. I met my husband online! We lived in his home country of the Netherlands from 1999 to 2001 (Ja, natuurlijk spreek ik Nederlands!) . Our son was born there just like his dad, and our daughter was born here in the US, just like her mom. I relocated to the Portland area and understand the questions you must have.
