After over 30 years in Advertising, Marketing and the Direct Marketing community, I added Real Estate to my list of skill sets! I am a "push your sleeves up" and "check the list" person. I have always taken care of my clients, referral agents and agent partners the same way! I believe the process of buying your first home, re-buying because of a situation in your life, down-sizing or selling your home because you are moving out of town, or just trying to build an investment portfolio, each present different things! I am the calm in that storm, I will do everything I can on the sidelines to ensure I can get the answers, negotiate and have the best outcome for my buyers sellers! Because I LISTEN to them! Their needs wants...Many of my clients have become friends with celebrations of weddings, babies and even being there for them during the tough times too!Personally, Born Raised in Kansas City, have lived in the city burbs! Licensed in both Missouri and Kansas! I have always been an entrepreneur because I want 150%++ when others will settle for 100%...I call myself a self-proclaimed "control freak" because I treat every deal as it was my own and how I would expect it to be the best it can be! After attending Phillips University in Oklahoma, I hit the road running with the beginning of her career as an Assistant Art Director. Then onto to be Vice President of a National Direct Marketing and Catalog firm then onto starting my own agency! I am a wife of 27 years (wow!) mom of a 23-year-old son, dog-mom, volunteer, advocate for children infants, relationship builder (professionally and personally), positive-doer, community supporter and try to make the day better with whoever I cross paths with!Call me a "doer", a radical perfectionist or a pit bull - I won't mind, those are all characteristics that make me great at what I can do...And Yes, I may have received multiple awards, has published articles, closed for "X" number of families and been honored in many ways - but for me, it is just all in a day's work!
