Originally from Redding, CA, Cierra became a southern California girl when she moved to attend Azusa Pacific University over 10 years ago. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in marketing, she launched her career in events and marketing working at NBC, Entertainment Weekly, In-Style and People Magazine. Cierra quickly learned to become an efficient and effective problem solver with a natural ability to win others over. As an event producer, she mastered her ability to smoothly orchestrate projects from start to finish with great attention to detail which allowed her to transition seamlessly into real estate. Her passion for real estate developed through years of interactions with friends family and colleagues. As many of her friends embarked upon their careers in the mortgage industry, she found interest in the complexities of the ever-changing market and grew to love the challenge of staying current on market trends. After working as a mobile notary for loan closings, Cierra realized how fulfilling it was to help people get into their dream home. The fact that the home purchase, often the largest transaction of one's life, can be entrusted and guided by her was an honor and a challenge that inspired her to make the career change. Before joining Team Stacy White, Cierra established a favorable reputation brought by her highly professional and personable demeanor. Her ambitious work ethic and ability to listen, drew her clients to trust to represent them. She has an uncanny ability to provide intricate market information in an easily comprehensible manner. Her days as a loan signing agent, yielded a heightened familiarity with neighborhoods throughout the greater Los Angeles area which she uses to help match-make her clients to not only their perfect home, but also to the perfect community. Cierra's work on the Golden Globes after parties and SAG Awards Gala are proof of her eye for luxury and high-end design. This experience of large-scale production event builds prepared her for upscale new constructions in the luxury real estate market.
