After earning an undergraduate degree in science from Texas State University in 1982, I completed the nuclear medicine technology postgraduate program with Baylor College of Medicine and later completed a master's of business administration degree at the University of Houston. I had careers in health care imaging and health care corporate finance with Texas Children's Hospital. After raising our family in the northeast Houston, Texas, area, my wife, Gay Mazac, and I moved to La Grange, Texas, where I started my career as a financial advisor with Edward Jones. We have been blessed with wonderful clients along the way. Assisted by our branch office administrators, Lisa Adamcik and (Joseph) Kevin Prendiville, along with financial advisors Bailey Grzyb and Zac Holmes, our focus is to consistently provide an ideal experience to each of our valued clients. Our office, located in La Grange, is well-positioned to conveniently serve our clients. Within the Edward Jones organization, I am a member of an all-volunteer leadership team that allows me to mentor other financial advisors with branches in the central Texas area.While away from the office, I serve in the following community roles: La Grange Rotary Club member, Bugle Boy Foundation member, and active member of New Life Methodist Church of La Grange and the New Life Methodist Men's ministry. I have served as the Bugle Boy Foundation president and as charter organization rep for the Boy Scouts Troop 204. I enjoy hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time on our ranch near Muldoon, Texas. I am inspired by faithful people, and I want to continue giving back to our community.My wonderful wife, Gay, and I have three children: April, Mandee and Wesley. Each of them is amazing and such a blessing to me! We also have five fabulous grandchildren.
