Chris's solid background in sales, customer service, and his enthusiasm to help his clients, makes him a great loan officer. Chris has a passion to not only provide good mortgage solutions for people but to teach them about the entire mortgage process. Most of his career, Chris has been involved in customer service in the automotive industry. Chris has also worked in customer service and the world of IT developing comprehensive training programs for a number of national corporations such as Walgreens, R. R. Donnelly Corporation, and Kraft Foods. Chris enjoyed his work in the corporate sales world as an Account Executive however, he missed the direct interaction with customers on a personal level. For several years, Chris was encouraged by his acquaintances in the industry to become a Loan Officer. Because of his desire to help people, he decided to make this dream a reality. Chris took all of his licensing classes, and passed his tests for his Mortgage Loan Originator license. After interviewing with Diamond Residential Mortgage he became a proud member of the Diamond Team. Because of his passion for helping people, Chris is particularly fond of assisting first Time Home buyers using IDHA's @HomeIllinois and 1STHomeIllinois programs. Chris is also very delighted to have the honor of closing the very first I-REFI in Illinois while saving his customers $150 per month and $40,000 on the principle balance of their mortgage. Chris is a lifelong resident of Lake County, IL and currently resides in Gurnee, IL with his wife Diana and their four children. Chris enjoys the outdoors, motorcycle riding, and spending time with his family.
