Chris is a native of Traverse City who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan (2004) and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (2009). He also attended Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing where he studied world trade, intellectual property law, and technology licensing. Chris is admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association (2009) and the State Bar of Michigan (2010). He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association. Chris became a full partner with Kuhn Rogers PLC on January 1, 2016. His legal career is focused on estate planning, business succession planning, real estate law, and general civil practice. Chris is a member of the steering committee for the Munson Medical Center Family Birth & Children's Center, a board member and Vice President of the Economic Club of Traverse City, and a member of the Traverse Bay Sunrise Rotary Club Foundation Board.
