Christine Martinez is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Ms. Martinez focuses her practice primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital and general corporate law. She represents clients throughout a range of industries, including government contracting, media and information technology. While in law school, Ms. Martinez served as a staff member on the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law . She interned with a Florida law firm the summer after her first year. Prior to law school, Ms. Martinez worked at a boutique consulting firm, assisting with business development and public relations.
