Christine Harnos

Christine grew up on the North Shore of Long Island but left to pursue an acting career in her late teens. She landed her first role in Disney's, The Rescue, at age 19 and worked consistently in film and television, thereafter. In her mid-20s, she was cast opposite Anthony Edwards in NBC's hit series, ER, which went on to win 6 Emmys for Outstanding Ensemble Cast. In 2001, after seven seasons on the show, and notable roles in such films as Judgement Night and Dazed and Confused, she put her acting career on hold to resume her education. At Mills College, she majored in Child Development with an emphasis on the hospitalized child. She went on to co-create Circus Remedy (www.circusremedy.org), a non-profit organization bringing the world's top circus performers to children's hospitals, war zones, refugee camps, and areas of hardship.
