Chris lives in the Philadelphia area and would love to serve Philadelphia, Bucks County and Montgomery area referrals! Chris is a United States Navy veteran and served onboard ship via tours in the Mediterranean, Adriatic and Nova Scotia regions. After leaving the military, he went on to Drexel University in Philadelphia and graduated from with a Bachelor's of science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He class was the first to begin using computers and Internet at that time well before the Internet existed as we know it now before any web browsers existed. Upon graduating, he went on to work for Bechtel corporation (the largest engineering and construction company in the world), specializing in the working in the nuclear and fossil fuel power business lines. Afterwards he started an engineering company in 1994, C-Quest Associates, INC and has been involved in the design and construction of commercial and residential real estate for over 20 years. He has experience in mechanical, electrical, voice, data, security, plumbing, and fire alarm systems. He possesses a professional engineering license in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. His company has worked on over $50,000,000 of engineering, design and construction of residential and commercial buildings, including conversion of high-rise office space into residential units, new construction of residential communities and commercial projects. He retired from his company in 2017. He has a brown belt in Aikido martial arts and is semi-fluent in Spanish. He prefers to spend his spare time during the spring and summer down the shore. He has also traveled to many continents and countries. He backpacked across a good deal of Europe and most of Australia and New Zealand. He also has spent considerable time in Mexico, as well as Belize, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. He enjoys seeking out local culture that is not found in travel brochures.
