Chris was great! The frustration came from the underwriting team We delayed closing for 3 weeks and each time I reached out it was "oh yeah we need this document" Why would you not have a complete list of items from the beginning?

They transferred my loan, but unfortunately shared incorrect information about it, which made it difficult for me to find the new loan company. The process was confusing and took more effort than it should have.
Christopher is the best morgage consultant around!
