Christopher (Chris) Dilling is an experienced real estate investor, agent, and consultant. When it comes to getting his clients what they want, he is creative, has relentless perseverance, and carries a "can do" attitude. Chris has a diverse business background that gives him an advantage in the world of real estate. He has owned several businesses, has been a certified tax preparer in the state of California, experienced in project management of renovation and construction projects, well versed in property management, carried licensure to perform real estate appraisals under supervision, as well as having served as a top corporate accountant. In 2010 Chris earned a position as a finalist for San Diego Business Journal's "CFO of the Year". He double majored in marketing and computer information systems when he graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999. While off the clock, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He has a son, a daughter, and another on the way in April 2014. His passions include, home renovation, economic theory, investment opportunities, and playing the guitar.
