Chris embodies the ethos of a client-first mentality as a known and respected member of the East Bay community of realtors. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the people he has the honor of representing which includes an impressive track record in both sales and management. As a Bay Area resident for the past 30 years, Chris has a comprehensive understanding of the neighborhoods in the many cities within Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties. From a luxury home in the hills to a cozy craftsman or the myriad choices within the condo market, Chris has both your selling and buying needs covered. Chris has a keen interest in technology and marketing and uses Vanguard's cutting-edge digital platforms as well as a blend of high-end print media to reach the widest possible audience for his sellers. It's not about a price point, but rather a dedication to the client's needs and goals that's most important to him. After graduating from Boston University, Chris spent time working on the floor of the commodities exchange and later as a licensed equities broker and analyst for Bear Stearns. He continues to apply these skills on behalf of his clients by studying current trends in the local real estate market and how these shifts affect buyers and sellers. While it's important to understand how market conditions drive prices, Chris also has an intimate appreciation for the emotional ​complexities of home ownership. After living in San Francisco for 16 years, he purchased a home in Berkeley where he has been co-parenting his 2 teenagers for the past 14 years. When Chris isn't busy serving his clients or navigating the public and private schools for his teens, you can find him playing ice hockey, walking his trusted Labrador Otis or occasionally surfing one of the many Bay Area beach breaks.
