In the 22 years that Chris was a home inspector, the value he provided to his customers was in the information they learned about the physical condition of the property that they were buying or selling. Now, having been a REALTOR(r) since 2018 and working with industry specialists, Chris is able to use that same inspection and communication experience combined with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. He aims to bring my clients information and services they can trust. "I want my clients to have a good real estate experience and realize the best price for all of their efforts. That is why I always start early and over-prepare. When the escrow is closed and the keys are passed, I want my clients to be confident in the decisions that they made, from beginning to end."
