I was born in Encino in 1972 and raised in Ventura County and I graduated HS in 1990. Many people describe me as High energy with a great smile and a personality that puts people at ease and makes them feel very comfortable. I am humbled by this and try to emulate this daily. I am licensed to sell real estate in California and Arizona as both offer amazing opportunities and natural beauty. A simple 6 hour drive through the desert or a short 45 minute flight will get you to either place! As a Licensed Realtor I take my fiduciary duties to my clients very seriously and protect Their money as if it was my own. It can be difficult, challenging, and amazing all at the same time, and the better agent you have representing you, the more seamless the transaction will flow. When I am not helping people with their Real Estate needs, I love watching my son play high school football, USC Football, Las Vegas Raiders and I root hard for my Los Angeles Dodgers. I play tennis, am new to pickleball and I love the beach. It must be the CANCER in me. I also enjoy riding my bike and playing golf. I have a deep love of Hollywood and therefore I love Movies and Television. I love acting and dabbled in the entertainment industry in the nineties, and did some commercial tv work. Binging is happiness for me also. My favorite shows are Succession, The Office, Parks and Rec, The League, The Wire, Ray Donovan, Game of Thrones, Deadwood, Newsroom, The Morning Show the MCU. I recently built a podcast studio in my house and launched a podcast that is called Chris Knows Homes Podcast and has a channel on YouTube. It is very new but that is a passion project of mine so I will be finding the time to add more content to the channel. I really look forward to hearing from you.
