Chris McCart has been raised in the Tahoe Truckee community and is well versed in the area. After graduating from Truckee High School he went on to earn a Bachelor of International Affairs/Economics degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. His love for the outdoors has kept him returning to the Tahoe/Truckee region from his many international adventures. He lived in Norway, Sweden, Mexico, and completed a Master of Arts degree in Science, Technology and Society from the University of Linkoping in Sweden. He feels fortunate to spend his free time hiking, biking, skiing and enjoying the Tahoe/Truckee lifestyle with his son Owen. Prior to his endeavors in real estate, Chris was an educator for 20 years and is proud to have taught Economics/Finance/History/Government to so many young adults. Real estate has always fascinated him and his enthusiasm for the beauty of his hometown and lifestyle made it an easy decision for him to pursue a career in real estate. Helping his clients live their luxury and to share his mountain living lifestyle is his passion. His outgoing personality and lighthearted manner are refreshing when working with Chris from the very beginning of the real estate process to the close and thereafter.
