About me ... I grew up in Manhattan Beach, so you could easily call me a "local". I know every street and ALL of the very special neighborhoods in each beach community. I know about the schools, charitable organizations, special events and I can even provide you with a list of my favorite shops restaurants. I can't count the number of homes, town-homes or residential income properties that I have listed or sold since 1977, but it has to be a 1,000 or more! I have sold more income property (2-24 unit buildings) than any other real estate broker in the beach cities. (Verified w/ the South Bay Association of Realtors, March 2021). When it comes to rent surveys, informing owners about rent- caps, tax-deferred exchanges and most importantly communicating with tenants .... owners trust that I will personally take care of every detail from start to finish.
