Since 1987, Chris Adlam has worked hard to establish himself as one of the most well respected and accomplished Realtors in the South Bay. Early in his career, he recognized the magnitude of the job at hand, and dedicated himself to providing his clients with exceptional personal service, including complete confidentiality. Chris insists, "We live in a very small community - my clients count on my discretion." While his dedication and determination have helped Chris achieve sales awards year after year for his production, he still has the enthusiasm of a rookie. He's usually one of the first in the office in the morning, and one of the last to leave. Honest, logical, persistent and very focused are some of the adjectives used when describing him. When asked recently how he manages to maintain his focus, he replied, "I love what I do; each day is a new challenge." And as evidenced by his reputation for integrity, expertise and acumen, his clients are fortunate to have him. Chris feels extremely fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful communities in the world. Born and raised in the South Bay, he lives in Palos Verdes Estates with his wife and two daughters. He is active in his community and has served on the Board of Directors for two local, non-profit organizations.
