My interest in helping people with their financial goals began in college when I first learned about compound interest and time value of money. The concepts of planning for future goals lead me to search for a career where I could share my enthusiasm and desire to help individuals and families with what matters most. Beginning my career with Edward Jones in 2008, I could not have imagined how fulfilling it would be to partner with others to help achieve what is important to them. My focus is helping individuals and families organize, build, protect and transfer wealth. This is done by communicating proactively with my clients as I help them understand investments, risks and costs, as well as the importance of setting goals. Getting to know my clients on a personal level is one of the highlights of my profession. We take the time to listen and know our clients as individuals before making assumptions about their goals and how to help meet them. In the process, many friendships are formed.On a personal note, my wife, Amber, and I live and work in the Grandview community. She is a teacher at Grandview Elementary. Our two children attend school in Grandview ISD. We enjoy traveling, camping and being outdoors, but it is always a blessing to know where home is.My branch team partner, Rhonda Salter, is eager to work alongside our clients to deliver exceptional service and genuine attention. She lives in Maypearl with her husband and enjoys spending time with their adult children and grandchildren frequently.Our established process allows me to personalize and monitor the strategies created for clients to help achieve their long-term goals. Continually keeping clients informed as they make decisions to plan and prepare for the future keeps our branch dedicated to partnering together throughout the lives of the clients we serve.
