C M Wolfersberger LLC provides specialized Accounting, Finance and HR services to e-Commerce Boutiques, Handmade Sellers and Non-Profits. Recognizing the unique attributes of these organizations allows for a specialization that can be used to help you manage your organization to success. My experiences have included all aspects of accounting and finance for an organization. I have created logical accounting structures that support clear reporting and allows for efficient budgeting/forecasting. As the Director of Finance for Merit School of Music, a nationally accredited community music school in Chicago, my tasks ranged from cash management to monthly reporting and analysis, external reporting compliance and annual audit preparation. The budgeting/forecasting process, expense control and capital planning is a special focus. From six months, I had stepped into the role of Interim Executive Director to provide continuity during their search for an Executive Director. Prior to joining Merit in 2011, I was a Finance Manager for the Jewish Community Center in Chicago gaining valuable experience in the intricacies relating to Non-Profit accounting practices. While living in Houston, I worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Sales Analysis Manager learning about the structure, discipline and best practices that come from working for a large for-profit organization. I earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting from St. Mary's University in San Antonio and hold a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from the University of Houston. I am a licensed CPA, with a SHRM-CP credential in Human Resource Management. Although I now live in Chicago, my clients are not all local. I enjoy educating and empowering others to communicate their organization's story through numbers.
