Chemine Coleman was born in New York and moved to Maryland to pursue a career in the Medical Field. She has ten plus years of experience holding multiple roles to include a Surgical Assistant, Phlebotomist, Medical Instructor, and Pharmacy Technician where she gained extensive knowledge and skills. The medical field groomed her to be more passionate, caring, patient, and eager to help people while making their process more peaceful, smooth, with a positive memorable experience. There become a point she wanted a career change and decided to pursue employment in the Property Management world. In 2014, she became a Leasing Agent with the goal of becoming an Assistant Property Manager within 2 years. With hard work, dedication, and the eagerness to learn, she obtained the promotion to an Assistant within 8 months of employment. She was then determined to climb the ladder and learn everything she could in the filed. In December 2018, Chemine obtained her Maryland Real Estate license as a requirement for her Property Management position in order to elevate to a higher position. After thoughts and With great encouragement from friends, family, and a wonderful mentor whom is successful in the Real Estate world, she decided in January 2019 to become an active Real Estate agent with Exit Right Realty. One of the best decisions to actually utilize her license to help people buy, sell, invest into Real Estate. Chemine finds peace in traveling, enjoys cooking, and loves spending time with family and close friends. She strives to put her best foot forward in everything she does and cares about leaving a long lasting positive impression in everyone she meets. When not working or enjoying life, she is reading, learning, researching all things Real Estate. A couple of Her favorite shows are Tiny House and Million Dollar Listings. For every transaction, she is determined to make the experience more enjoyable and less stressful.
