My daughter bought a house in Crossville Tennessee. I came from California to help my daughter move. The ladies at the mortgage company, made it very pleasant for us to do the paperwork get everything in order so that my daughter can move in....

Charlotte was a wonderful communicator..quick response time very helpful..we were working from another state ..but didn't make a difference we i would give her 10 stars if it was available
