Charlie Jeannie have been in Real Estate since 1996 for Charlie and since 2000 for Jeannie. They are "locally grown agents" as Charlie was born raised in Oak Harbor and has lived in the Mount Vernon area since 1972. Jeannie was born raised in Mount Vernon. They are full-time agents, specializing mainly in residential homes. Charlie has also done some commercial listings as well as being known in the community as a very knowledgeable ag land agent, since he owned and operated adairy farm business in Skagit County for approximately 19 years before getting into real estate. Jeannie used to work as a pediatric nurse at a Mount Vernon clinic for 13 years prior to going into Real Estate. Professional achievements include: Charlie is a Managing Broker and Jeannie is a Certified Residential Specialist and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Awards received include:the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award,RE/MAX Platinum Club winners in 2005 and 2013,an Award of Excellence certificate from North Puget Sound Association of Realtors (NPSAR) in 2013, and"Realtor of the Year" in 2011. Charlie is a past president of NPSAR and serves on the Washington State Realtors Assoc. legislative steering committee. Community involvement include: past Rotary President member, served on the Mount Vernon Christian School Board various other community service. Charlie Jeannie donate a percentage of their commission on every sale to the Children's Miracle Network. Charlie Jeannie have fine tuned their business by dividing up the responsibilities of taking care of their clients. Jeannie works mainly with the buyers, searching, e-mailing and showing homes to potential buyers. Charlie works more with the sellers as well as doing all of the negotiation of terms, taking care of the financials, inspections and other matters. They have an assistant to help them with all of the details and marketing.Charlie Jeannie work full-time, but do take every Sunday off. Church attendance is a priority for them as well as spending time each Sunday with family or friends. Charlie Jeannie love to open their home for entertainingwhether it's having a BBQ on their back patio or having a gourmet dinner party. They have a zest for life and love being around people to share and socialize. They have been married since 1975, have 4 married children and now the grandchildren are a very important part of their joy of life!
