Immediately afterward, Mr. Koehler continued his education at Marshall University, where he received a master's degree in 1994. While attending Marshall University, Mr. Koehler was a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and taught undergraduate students public speaking. Mr. Koehler also published a research paper at an educational conference. Mr. Koehler returned to school in 1997 to pursue his law degree at George Mason University School of Law.
