I'm a Realtor serving Northeast Ohio with a strong connection to Cuyahoga and Lake Counties and special emphasis on the communities of Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, Wickliffe, Mentor, Concord, Highland Heights, South Euclid, and Lyndhurst. I help buyers and sellers of all kinds, but I especially enjoy working with move-up buyers, downsizers--particularly seniors--and real estate investors who want a straightforward, informed, and smooth experience from start to finish.After getting my real estate license in 2011, I stepped away from the industry during my first couple of years before returning in 2019 through property management. Those years managing rental portfolios for multiple investors gave me hands-on experience with valuations, renovations, returns, and the full investment lifecycle. It ultimately reminded me how much I enjoy helping people improve their situation and move into better chapters of their lives, which led me to commit fully to residential real estate and serving clients directly.Before that, I attended the former Notre Dame College of Ohio, earning a degree in Accounting and Information Technology while competing in basketball and track. My time there built my discipline, communication skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life--skills that carry directly into how I serve my clients today. I enjoy working with investors because I appreciate numbers, strategy, and the opportunity to turn something distressed into something valuable. I also have a soft spot for seniors and downsizers; they deserve patience, respect, and someone who genuinely listens and helps make their transition easier.Outside of real estate, I like staying active--working out, playing golf, spending time outdoors in the summer, and relaxing inside when the Ohio winter hits.
