A New Yorker true to heart, Charles was born in Westchester, NY and raised in Buffalo, NY. Returning back to Westchester in 2009, Charles attended Manhattanville College where he was a member of the Student Government Association for four years and served as the Student Body President for his senior year. Charles praises his experience at Manhattanville College and believes that his professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail are all attributes that were developed with the time he spent representing the college his senior year.
