Charles Brody is a Trust and Estates attorney with over 40 years experience. He served in the Surrogate's Court in King's County NY for 22 years and is well versed in providing guidance on Surrogate's Court practice and Trust and Estates litigation. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and is a member of the Order of the Coif. He has a JD from Stanford Law School (where he served as an Editor of the Stanford Law Journal), a Masters of Sociology from Stanford and a Bachelors from Columbia University.
