In 2007 Chris earned his Private Pilots License Chris is also a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor He is aU.S. Green Building CouncilLeedAccredited Professional w/ Building Design Construction and Homes Designations. Chris enjoys volunteering, helping others, and spending time outdoors with his two boys Rachel Fortune Rachel graduated from Ohio University in 2001 with a B.S. in education She joinedTeach for Americain 2002 and taught Spanish English in Rocky Mount, NC until 2004 and then went on to teach at North Lincoln High School in Denver,NC In 2004 Rachel became a NC Real Estate Broker, moved to the Lake Norman area and started ABC Realty Services, Inc. with her husband Chris Fortune (Charity Realty is a division of ABC Realty Services, Inc.) In 2011 Rachel earned a Masters in Adult Education in Training and Development from NC State University Rachel has two boys in elementary school She loves cooking and has a passion for volunteering and helping others
