We STRONGLY encourage the buyer to attend the inspection and accompany the inspector. Wear comfortable clothing. Along with inspecting the house you will also learn how to maintain the house with information on winterizing, changing filters, and other tasks that are necessary to maintain a home. This is your time to ask questions and get all questions answered. Plan on the inspection lasting three to four hours for the average house.The inspection report will have all defects presented on a summary page where it is easy to analyze. The report is broken into pertinent sections with photos of defects shown in the appropriate location. The report will be emailed to you and your agent on the evening of the same day as the inspection was performed.
