Originally from Cedar Rapids, IA, Chad received a BA degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. After graduation, Chad's career took him into sales and lead to being a business owner, growing a successful business and later selling it. After selling the business Chad and his now wife Melissa moved to Fort Myers, FL where he started a successful career in Real Estate. Chad's success is attributed to his passion for real estate and determination to provide the best customer service possible. His hard work, fortitude and persistence are focused on what is best for his clients. His achievements are a direct result of his genuine care for his clients, ensuring they come first. Chad believes his passion for real estate and client first mentality can guide his clients in making a smart financial decision as well as finding a great place to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. When Chad's not working he enjoys spending time on the water and traveling with his wife and two kids.
