Chad Power

Chad Power is the President, CEO and Broker of Record for C.W. Power, Inc. dba Power Real Estate, and Power Real Estate Group, and has been licensed as a broker since 2009, and as a licensee since 2006. He entered the residential real estate segment with the first wave of foreclosed homes back in 2007. Chad was a top-producing agent with one of the largest REO Firms in Southern California. After the REO inventory diminished, he leveraged some strong client relationships to open his own boutique brokerage in La Jolla, CA. to focus on representing investors and maximize their exposure while minimizing the market sale times of their homes. Prior to real estate, Chad spent 10 years with the fortune-100 specialty retail giant, Costco Wholesale as an Operations Manager. Upon finishing a graduation assignment, he realized his skillsets were ideally suited for sales. Chad earned a Bachelor's of Science in both Business and Management with the University of Redlands with honors. Chad understands the importance of having a healthy balance of work and personal life. He enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife, Sarah, and his two boys, Lucas and Lanxton. Chad is a fourth generation native Southern Californian.
