As a native of North Carolina, Chad has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 15 years. He has an entrepreneurial background in sales and marketing and a vast experience in leading large teams in ministry at The Cove Church. Chad's success has been built primarily on his ability to develop relationships and lead others to success.The Lake Norman area has been home to Chad for 20 years. He and his wife Sarah both have deep roots in the area and enjoy raising their four children in rural scenery of Mount Ulla, NC in Rowan County. They love spending long summer days on the lake with the kids and much needed dates night out in Charlotte!
