Chad Everett was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley where he attended Village Christian School. Upon graduation, Chad went on to obtain his bachelor's degree from California State University of Northridge (CSUN) in 2000. While attending college, Chad worked for an appraisal management company in Burbank gaining in-depth knowledge of the valuation of real estate. Upon graduation from CSUN, Chad joined the business management program at Enterprise Rent a Car. After moving up to branch management, he was offered a job in late 2001 with Washington Mutual as an account executive in the mortgage banking division. Chad served as a top producer and was awarded high recognition as President's Club during his time at Washington Mutual. In 2008 the Southern California real estate market was at the beginning of a transition, and Chad left Washington Mutual to join Great American Financial as a loan officer. Chad said, "that after working in the wholesale channel at the bank, he felt a strong calling to work directly with the consumer." He felt he could better serve each individual client, and provide excellent hands-on service to each family. Chad is a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project and has a true passion for serving those who have served. He considers it a unique honor and a privilege to help our country's Veterans acquire their own piece of the American Dream through a variety of VA loan programs. Chad's interests in real estate don't end at the office. He's been investing in property rehabilitation/development and managing his own properties since 2003. This hands-on experience gives him a unique practical knowledge when working with both first time and seasoned investors. Chad currently lives in the San Fernando Valley with his wife Kim and their two sons. Logan, they're first born, plays football and baseball and enjoys all things outdoors. Gavin, their younger son plays football, the drums and sings in his school's Honor Choir. Above all, the family cherishes their time together. Whether they are off on an outdoor adventure or cheering on one of their own on the local field--together is always the best place to be.
