After a successful career in management, Cathy finally followed her life-long desire to become a full time Realtor over twelve years ago, specializing in luxury properties in Horseshoe Bay as well as waterfront properties throughout the Highland Lakes area. A native Austinite and naturally-born lake lover, Cathy has owned waterfront vacation property in the Highland Lakes for over 40 years, and moved full time to Lake LBJ in 2005. Cathy has held multiple leadership positions with the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors as well as serving as a Director of the Texas Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Horseshoe Bay Business Alliance, the American Paint Horse Association, the American Quarter Horse Association, the National Snaffle Bit Association, and the Texas Paint Horse Association. Cathy was also honored by being chosen to complete the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, an honorary program through the Texas Association of Realtors, wherein only 1% of Texas Realtors are asked to participate. In addition to TRLP, Cathy holds several other Realtor certifications and designations including the Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, the Seller Representative Specialist, the Real Estate Negotiations Expert, Sellers Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and the Certified Residential Specialist, a prestigious group of the top 3% of Realtors worldwide. She has recently been awarded the honor of being selected as a semi-finalist in the Platinum Top 50, an elite group of the top 50 Realtors from the greater Austin area.
