Cathy is a Bloomington, IL hometown girl. She graduated BHS with honors, attended Illinois State University in Normal, and taught math for a couple years at her alma mater. Ms. Denbesten was raised in the real estate business. Her parents owned apartments and offices her whole life and she understands the demands of property maintenance and keeping customers needs met. She took over the sales brokerage in April 2004 and has had the joy of hiring the best set of agents around. Our company supports one another and we do NOT compete against each other.
