Catherine Sturtevant, Elizabeth Overington, and Anne Overington make up the Overington Team in the Fredericksburg office. Catherine was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College and studied abroad through the University of Virginia program, Semester at Sea, where she got to travel the world. She lived in Delaware for several years and moved back to Fredericksburg to start her career in Real Estate. She also has experience in Event Planning, Sales, and Marketing, Property Management, and is a licensed Realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Catherine's friendly nature and genuine interest in helping others allows her to represent her clients well. Catherine and her husband live in downtown Fredericksburg. She specializes in first-time home buyers, but her goal is helping buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.
