Catharine Via

As a life-long resident and native Washingtonian - which is rare these days - I have an unmatched knowledge and familiarity of area communities and neighborhoods. Since 1992, I have lived in Vienna with my husband Pat and our two teenagers, who attend Madison High School. I have been active throughout our time here in Vienna, coaching youth basketball for OLGC's CYO league, as well as for both the VYI House and Travel leagues. I attended Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School and graduated from James Madison University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. For 10 years, I worked in advertising, honing my marketing and networking skills. Then, I worked for four years in the real estate title industry before launching my career as a Realtor. I strive to forge strong client relationships and to help clients feel at ease throughout the home buying and selling process.
