My professional background includes work as Developer Sales Manager--Western Region for Blu Homes, Inc., home builders, in which I was responsible for sourcing, building, and managing relationships with many levels of players. I have built and flipped houses, found and secured premier lots and tear- down opportunities, and facilitated joint venture relationships between developers, property owners, investors, and financing, then handled the successful sale of the end product. I excel at negotiating for and on behalf of my clients, and I celebrate when everyone wins. Having grown up in a military family (14 schools in 12 years), I understand the stresses and challenges people face during the process of moving to a new home, and I bring this compassion into my work.
