Cassandra received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy College of Law. During law school, Ms. Suder clerked for Health Law Partners, P.C., with a focus on health care transactional law. In addition, she clerked at McKeen and Associates. P.C., with attention to medical malpractice.Cassandra's previous legal work includes working on an opioid litigation team addressing the nationwide current opioid crisis. Cassandra also worked with the New York Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) litigation team, on a Multi-District Litigation, representing communities and a public water provider that were being impacted by water contamination.Cassandra's current practice includes all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody and support issues, paternity, parenting time disputes and spousal support modifications.Cassandra grew up in Leamington, Ontario, the tomato capital of the world, but has always had a strong connection to Michigan. In her free time, you can find her on her peloton, boxing, reading, and exploring new restaurants. Cassandra is fluent in Polish and in conversational French.
