Cash was born and raised in Fresno, CA, and has been surrounded by Real Estate since 2004 when his mother, Nikki Thomas, began working as a Sales agent for Century 21. Cash has continued what his Mother started and opened his own brokerage, CMT Properties, in January of 2017. He is dedicated to serving his clients with the upmost honesty and reliability. Cash has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both the Residential and Agriculture market. Cash's motto and goal in every transaction is to be Reliable, Resourceful, and Dedicated to the wants and needs of his clients. Cash graduated from Bullard High School in 2007, and has always been an avid Athlete and competitor. From Bullard he went to Fresno City College where he studied and played baseball. After his sophomore year he received the "Mr. Ram" and an opportunity to play Division 1 baseball at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He was named team Captain his senior year and went on to have a very successful college baseball career. While competing on the field, Cash stayed focused in his schooling and received his BA Degree in IDS-Business Management from UNLV. After graduating College he returned to Fresno, and began his Real estate career. In 2012, Cash became a sales Agent for Century 21 C. Watson, where he continued to learn and grow as an agent. He has spent countless hours practicing his craft and gaining as much knowledge as possible to suite his clients' needs. Cash became a Broker in the spring of 2016 and began making plans to open up his own business. After much work and research he made the jump in January of 2017 and opened up CMT Properties, INC. His experience has allowed him to adapt to anything that arises during a transaction. Cash has sold properties ranging from 3.25M ocean front property in Malibu, CA to a 20k cottage in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada's. After 5 years in the real estate business he has closed hundreds of deals including houses, vacation homes, vacant lots, commercial properties, and Agricultural properties. There is nothing too big or small. Cash is dedicated to his clients needs and understands the importance of proper representation and ethics during each real estate transaction. He commits his Success to the support of his Family, his wife Prisca, and their 6 month old son, Chance.
