Shortly after his 19th birthday, Carson obtained his Real Estate license and jumped into the world of Real Estate that he grew up in. With the guidance of his father, Wayne Woodland (Broker/Owner), he strives to learn and grow with the partnership they have created. Being a natural negotiator, he stays focused and calm through what could be a complex and stressful time. A fourth generation Montana native, Carson has developed a deep appreciation of the history and geography that this extraordinary state brings. He went to Helena High school where he graduated, and continued his education at Montana State University where he was on the deans list. Outside of Real Estate sales, Carson loves to trade on the stock market and give back to his community as a part of each of his sales are donated to Big Brothers, Big sisters. Family has always been important to Carson and he aims to allow people to get into their dream house to make memories with theirs.
