After 8yrs investing in the local UTAH market, buying selling homes with my handyman husband, I launched my Real Estate business "Holladay Haven's by Carrie Simper" in 2008. My first year selling residential real estate with KW earned me "Rookie of the Year" as well as the honor of an invitation to join the very exclusive KW Luxury International Division. We are just getting started.Helping my clients achieve their goals is my primary objective. Making sure my clients have all the information necessary to make the most informed decisions and when necessary, connecting them with the additional business partners to bridge any gaps! I specifically am passionate about helping seniors as they transition out of their no longer homes into the next chapter of life as well as finding their home the right buyer. I love to hike and camp and play in the dirt...but I also love pretty shoes and fast cars.Born in Texas, raised in Winter Park, Florida, I earned A BFA in Acting from the prestigious CCM- Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and spent most of my adult life living bi-coastal in NYC or LA. Over the years I have cultivated a precious tribe of friends from all walks of life and because of that I cherish all of the diversity that it has brought to my life experience and personal perspective. My husband is my better half for certain, a good UTAH boy born and raised with deep family roots. It is my joy to find our next "PROJECT" because He is able to build or fix just about anything. We are raising 3 beautiful humans, are very involved in supporting the arts, Utah Foster Care and our local Holladay community. It is my joy to serve on the local PTA Executive board. We are the happiest playing in large bodies of water (manmade or otherwise) and truly love the beauty that surrounds us here in UTAH. Living here is all about LIFESTYLE LIVING and we love it!!!
