Getting acquainted and REALLY understanding what my customers needs and wants are is very important; if you are used to a Realtor who shuts off their phone on weekends, who you won't talk to until closing (many have an assistant handle everything after you have signed the agreement)..that's not what my job is about. I am about making sure a buyer or seller is comfortable, and knows that I am always available when needed. I have all the same tools available to get your house sold as those guys you see on all the signs...technology, professional photography, contacts with most every vendor your transaction requires. From lenders to inspectors, to title agencies and home warranties...I've got you covered...for less commission. I can say that confidently! And I love guiding new homebuyers on their path to ownership. My husband is a Veteran of the USMC, so naturally I am very supportive of active and retired military members, and helping their families adapt to our beautiful area.
