Carolyn Kipper

Carolyn Kipper is an active San Clemente resident and mother of four with a deep passion for the community as well as the history of the town. Though Carolyn is new to residential real estate, having just started in the business in 2021, she has more than 18 years experience working in the commercial and private sectors. Her first role was as a Marketing Manager for a commercial real estate company led by Newmark Knight Frank. Carolyn transitioned from that position into a creative role as a Wedding and Event Photographer, which took her around the world photographing over 500 photo sessions, more than 60 events, and roughly 80 weddings. Carolyn's business boomed through word-of-mouth referrals, with clients praising her attention to detail, dedication, loyalty, and approachable demeanor. Carolyn closed her photography business in 2020 when the pandemic put a halt to events, however, that led to a job offer with a local top-producing real estate agent and subsequently a new career path. Carolyn possesses a powerful skill set that provides clients with a strategic and artistic approach to selling their most important asset. She understands the complex process of buying and selling a home, but she is also a creative who can effectively visualize and implement a marketing plan that will sell your home. She is acutely aware of tiny details that can make or break a photo, she loves the process of staging and decluttering a home, and she enjoys planning and implementing a listing launch. She is hands-on in her approach and will be with you every step of the way.
