Everything was done in a timely manner. The 2 guys that came out were very knowledgeable & answered my questions. They were also respectful to us and very kind.
Carolina heating was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnosis the issues. They are always responsive and try to get to the route of the issue.
Katy was wonderful! She explained everything in detail, and offered great advice on what needed to fixed! She was right on time. I'm grateful. Great service 10 out of 10😊
The repairman was nice, was late for appointment time and was not interested in helping us repair the unit or anything at all except to replace unit and quoted us $10,000 for a new unit. can't handle that. Paid $150.00 and got nothing.
Kohl was very effective (and friendly) in assessing and fixing some issues with our AC. He went into great detail describing his findings, long-term factors, and options for how to proceed. I appreciated his service throughout.
